Our Editorial Mission
TrendInfluencer.in exists to give Indian content creators, marketers, and social media professionals access to accurate, timely intelligence about the platforms they work on. We believe that understanding how social media algorithms and creator ecosystems evolve is essential knowledge — not a privilege reserved for large agencies with expensive tool subscriptions.
Every article we publish is measured against a single question: does this give the reader something genuinely useful they did not know before? If the answer is no, we do not publish it.
Who Creates Our Content
All content published on TrendInfluencer.in is written, reviewed, and approved by Lokeshwar Yemulwar, our founder and lead analyst. Lokeshwar has spent years tracking social media algorithm changes, creator economy data, and platform policy shifts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
We do not use fully automated content generation. Where AI tools assist in research or drafting, every published article is substantively reviewed, edited, and verified by a human editor before publication. Our editorial voice, analysis, and conclusions are always human-driven.
Our Research Process
Before any trend or platform update is reported on TrendInfluencer.in, it goes through the following stages:
- Signal Detection: We monitor official platform blogs, creator-facing announcements, and industry reporting from Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X daily. We also track creator communities across Discord, Telegram, and Indian creator networks for ground-level trend signals.
- Cross-Verification: Every major claim, statistic, or trend observation is verified against at least two independent sources before it appears in a published article. We clearly flag where data comes from.
- Analysis & Context: Raw platform updates are translated into actionable insight for Indian creators. We explain not just what changed, but why it matters and what creators should do in response.
- Editorial Review: Before publication, each article is reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and editorial tone. Articles with insufficient evidence are held until they can be properly substantiated.
Sources We Use
Our primary information sources include:
- Meta for Creators official blog and newsroom (meta.com)
- Instagram for Business official announcements
- TikTok Newsroom and Creator Portal updates
- YouTube Creator Blog and Help Centre updates
- Social Media Today industry reporting
- Creator Economy reports from major analytics platforms (Influencer Marketing Hub, Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
- Verified case studies and data shared by Indian creators within our network
- Platform-published Creator Economy and Transparency Reports
We do not treat unverified social media posts, anonymous tips, or single-source rumours as publishable facts. Unconfirmed reports are clearly labelled as such when we cover them.
Corrections & Updates Policy
Social media platforms change rapidly. When a platform updates a policy, reverses a decision, or publishes new data that materially changes a story we have covered, we update the relevant article promptly.
- Updated articles are marked with a visible "Updated:" timestamp in the article byline
- Significant factual corrections are noted at the top of the article with a correction notice
- We do not silently delete incorrect information — we correct it transparently
If you believe an article contains an inaccuracy, please contact us. We review every correction request.
Editorial Independence
TrendInfluencer.in's editorial decisions are made independently of advertising relationships. Brands or services mentioned in our articles are included on editorial merit — because they are relevant to the topic — not because of commercial arrangements.
If we ever publish sponsored or partner content, it will be clearly and prominently labelled as such, in compliance with Indian advertising disclosure requirements and Google's publisher policies.
AI Usage Policy
We use AI tools to assist with research, brainstorming, and drafting. However, every article published on TrendInfluencer.in has been:
- Reviewed and edited by a human editor
- Fact-checked against real sources
- Rewritten to reflect our editorial voice and specific Indian creator context
- Approved for publication by Lokeshwar Yemulwar
We do not publish AI-generated content without substantial human oversight, editing, and contextualisation. Our articles reflect genuine human analysis of platform trends, not automated output.
